Our hospital provides medical services through licensed healthcare professionals. All medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment are provided by qualified physicians and medical staff.

Emergency services are available 24/7. For life-threatening emergencies, call our emergency line immediately or visit the emergency department.

• Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee
• The hospital reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major insurance plans, and it is the patient's responsibility to verify coverage with their insurance provider.

Patients are responsible for copays, deductibles, and any services not covered by their insurance plan.

As a patient, you are responsible for:

• Following treatment plans and medical advice
• Respecting hospital staff and other patients
• Following hospital policies and procedures
• Timely payment of bills and charges
